One of my chest dresser's hinges broke and i thought it will be easy one to get anywhere like homedepot, lowes, etc. But i didn't get the exact one which i was looking for my chester. As always Amazon helped me to find with bare minimal price. Its been a year now, solid product! working great!

This company has outstanding customer service. Not what you typically find with online vendors. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This product was also an exact replacement from the damaged unit in place. That meant shorter prep time and ease of finishing job quicker. Also allowed the staff kitchen to be more inviting than an open cabinet door.

The spring inside the hinge broke on the 10 yr armoire (excellent condition). After going to a few hardward stores & contacting Bernie & Phyls (no assistance at all but should have expected)so I contacted the mfg; which sent me a links of compatiable hinge but could not assist in the appropriate hinge to order. Well, I order the one that looked like the one I had. After ordering I found the contact info for Timberline so I called(spoek to Jeffrey); he assisted greatly. I emailed him the links from the mfg, 3 pictures of the broken hinge, & my order # since I ordered 4 hinges (replace 1 3 spares). Well, Jeffrey responded so quickly that the order/hinge was correct. I ordered on Tuesday (expect time from Amazon was July 22)& recieved the hinges today (Thursday), so looking forward to repairing the armoire (door off at this time). Thanks so much Jeffrey ~ Excellent customer service!!!!
