high speed usb ports hi, iwas just wondering if this (or any other) product will convert my usb port on my computer to a high speed usb port so i can download songs to a mp3 player? i am completely clueless when it comes to computers. all i do is surf the web, and now i have purchased an mp3 player but when i plugged it into my comp. a message popped up saying my usb port was not high speed. how can i fix this problem without getting another comp. so i can download songs quickly?

You cannot upgrade an existing USB 1 port to a high speed 2.0 USB port. What you need to do is buy a PCI USB 2.0 card and install in the back of your PC next to the modem, sound card, etc....
The ports in that new device will give you the speed of USB 2.0.
