480 - 500 degrees

Actually, none of these are accurate. I contacted the company and the official temperature is NO MORE THAN 480°. An oily feeling is supposed to be normal, but I would agree that using less than 400° would probably be best. I made public the information pdf that they emailed me. The highest that I've used thus far is 450 F and upon removal out of oven, the mat appeared a bit oily. However, when I use them at below 400 F no oil appears. Good Luck!
