This review is from: From horsecars to streamliners: An illustrated history of the St. Louis Car Company (Hardcover)
I have had this book since I was 12 years old back in 1978. It is a magnicent history of the great streetcar and subway train builder. From the first horsecars, to the New York City subway orders that kept the car builder alive throughout the 60's. Plus there's a catalog cut with great illustrations, as well as the entire order log of the SLCC!

My copy is all chewed up after all these years. I may buy another.
