First received it in the mail, it was great; soft, cushy, comfortable hand rest for my hands while typing and using my mouse. Then after 4 or 5 months later, I started noticing that my 80 dollar 8 button gaming mouse doesn't have that much traction as it used to anymore. I tried to fix the mouse settings and played with it but it wouldn't get any better. After that I realized when I tried to use the mouse on the regular wood panel I have without the mouse pad the traction was back to normal and when I use it on the "i-Opener" mouse pad, the mouse on the screen barely moves anywhere. The keyboard rest is still fine but the mouse pad is totally useless now. I don't know why it went bad after a few months but if you are looking to buy a cushion pad for your mouse and keyboard, LOOK ELSEWHERE. Don't buy this piece of crap unless you are planning to use it for about 3 or 4 months and buy a new one.
