It is a great little speaker system and the new shuffle fits perfectly. It doesn't state in the description but it also charges your IPOD shuffle while docked in the speakers. It also comes with a car charger as a bonus as well as an AC adapter. For the price it is well worth it. Our son loves it. It is compact, and does everything the big expensive system does but the shuffle actually docks ( no cords having to attached it . ) The quality of the speakers is good and for the price you can't go wrong

I love this little speaker set. It fits great anywhere in my office and is mobile enough for me to take to the office. As far as the sound is concerned, it is a little "tinny." But, for the price, I get exactly what I need. The extras are great and include a car adapter and the ability to charge your shuffle while it's hooked into the system. And the folks who bought this present for me had not troubles with delivery of the product.

I really enjoy this little speaker. I was surprised that it sounded this good for the money. It has several different functions. You can plug it into an electrical outlet, run it on batteries, or use it to charge your iPod. I was really impressed with all you get. It does exactly what it says on the description, plus a little more. Love it! Thanks for a good product.

I bought this product to play "white noise" on my iPod Shuffle while sleeping at night.

Contrary to what's mentioned in some other reviews, the speakers I received did not charge my iPod Shuffle. I could only play the Shuffle as long as its battery lasted - only a few hours, not the entire night.

I've written to the seller to understand whether I received a defective unit or not, but haven't heard back.

So, if you'd like to play music for several hours on your Shuffle, you might want to look for other products. I'm considering the "Creative TravelSound i50 Speaker Dock for iPod shuffle", also sold on Amazon.

This is a great little speaker set, small enough to pack easily for trips yet sound quality is good. Comes with car charger and adapter. Perfect accessory for your Shuffle--I use it to play Podfitness workouts at home so I don't need headphones.

We were overall pleased with this speaker, and we liked that it comes with an adapter cord so you can connect other MP3 players (like my husband's Sony) to these speakers.

I purchased this speaker for my wife so she listen to her booktapes on her IPod. She loves it. Workes great.

This turned out to be the perfect gift for my 12-year old daughter. The sound is about what you'd expect for the price, but in my experience to get the full benefit of sound out of your iPod you've got to be willing to spend alot more. My daughter appreciates the size as well as how cool it looks when the iPod is inserted. I appreciate that it plugs into the wall (as opposed to sucking batteries or draining the iPod), it actually charges the iPod while in use, and the car battery charger was a big plus. This was a very worthwhile investment.

It's not easy to find accessories for the Shuffle so I was glad to find this. The sound quality is so-so. It's OK at lower volume, but there is distortion at higher volume levels. Still, for the money it's not bad.
