5.0 out of 5 stars Great armband - fits perfectly!
Great armbands - fits perfectly!

This is one of the best g1 (and least expensive) armbands available and I use mine very often.

Great buy!

3.0 out of 5 stars Serves a purpose, but not the best of its kind
If you don't sweat when you workout/run, this armband is great...I, like most people, sweat when I run. Since this case isn't waterproofed on the underside, perspiration soaks through to the phone...not ideal. Regardless, I use it, but no longer for running- only for lifting weights in an air-conditioned environment.

4.0 out of 5 stars Works well for G1, November 4, 2009

I have a few different armbands I'll use for different occasions, but this is probably the all-around best-fit for the G1. Touchscreen still works reasonably well through plastic, and it's a comfortable enough fit with proper hole placement for headset/peripherals.

Downsides are that it's not the *perfect* fit, and depending on the connector/adapter you use for your headphones, it may become dislodged by the elastic retention material. This has not been a major issue for me, but has happened once or twice (I suspect it's the style of adapter I'm using: 2-in-1 mini USB and 3.5mm Stereo Audio Multi-Adapter for ATT 8525/8925, T-Mobile Dash, HTC TyTN/TyTN II). The velcro-elastic strap is moderately comfortable for use on bare skin.

Been using for ~6 months with no noticeable wear or tear, apart from minor dirtiness of plastic interior (I've yet to actively try to clean it though).

Is not a direct fit for G1 but is close enough, touchscreen works great! You can't beat the price!

I bought this armband expecting it to serve its purpose... and it does! and then some!

Using the CardioTrainer App available on the android market it works great!! I run with it all the time!

I needed something to hold my Motorola Droid while biking and running
and this neatly fills the bill. The phone is very secure. I would
rate it higher, but the fit is a bit tight and it is difficult to
manipulate the touch screen through the clear plastic window.

It is an awesome band... the ONLY complaint I have is that the velcro doesn't align 100% so there's definately times when the velcro rubs on your skin and it's SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE...

I've been able to use this on my G1 and G2 while mowing the yard and bike riding and my only complaint is that the clear cover sucks at passing my finger presses through to the screen. Half of the time i can unlock my phone and change the station, half the time I can't and have to pull it out of the case. It does keep it up in the range of my Bluetooth headset though so I can't complain too much. As long as you don't plan on fidgeting with your phone while it's in the case and plan on keeping it on one playlist it works great.

Since they don't make a perfect G1 arm band/case, this one works. The plastic still allows you to utilize the touch screen. Holds phone nicely and the arm band is sturdy. I use it for running.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not good for Nexus One, May 28, 2010
This review is from: iArmBands ArmBand / Arm Band for T-Mobile HTC G1 Android gPhone / google phone (Electronics)
This arm band is really bad for Nexus One in general and especially if you are using headphones. There is no way to plug the headphones without actually bending the headphone's jack head or making another hole through the cloth part of the armband at the top. Also, the fit is really tight for Nexus One. If you don't have screen protector on your screen it will just stick to its plastic surface. If you are sweating, which is pretty normal if you are running, the back of the armband gets wet because of your sweat, and unfortunately it reaches to your phone. I was really afraid after 15 minutes of running that the sweat would reach the battery compartment! (Yes that much sweat went it). And because the sweat condensed inside the pocket of armband, I got a lot of tiny spots on my screen (luckily I had a screen protector). Unfortunately I threw my $15 to garbage with this. Oh and, I am not a very muscular guy, but this hardly fits my arm.
