I am a complete music nut and I wanted something very light and small that I could carry enough music around to have a good variety. I also wanted it to have a voice recorder (for class lectures) and the FM radio which is built in. It had everything I wanted in a player.

EASY TO USE

As opposed to the older MP3 versions the Swurv is compatible with Windows Media Player 10 so it's really easy to load music and sync with my playlists.

BATTERY LIFE

The battery lasts for at least 12 hours on a single AAA battery which I think is pretty amazing.

NEGATIVES

The headphones that come with the player are decent but not wonderful. I did invest in an inexpensive pair of Sony's from Best Buy and my Swurv is totally rockin now.

This MP3 player is small,it sounds good and has some great features. It has everything the more expensive brands have. I called them to check out the warranty and they said, if anything goes wrong within 12 months that they will repalce it for free. Sounded like a good deal and it works well. I'm happy with the decision I made.

My daughter wanted an MP3 player for her birthday. She wanted something that would do everything (of course) and we did not want to spend an arm and a leg. The iClick player was perfect with all the features she needed (much less than the other brands). She loves the way it looks. When she tried to hook it up to Windows Media Player, she had a problem getting it synch. We spoke with customer service at iClick. The woman we spoke with was so patient and friendly. After about 10 minutes we determined it was defective and they sent us instructions on how to return it. We received the replacement in a week. Overall a great experience and a great product.

This is by far the number 1 best MP3 player of all time. I currently own 13 MP3 players including i pod mini and shuffle, and this is my favorate. The FM radio is great for bus rides and jogging.The Voice Recording works great for memos and lectures for school. It can record up to 2.5 on 256mb , 5 on 512mb ang 10 hours on 1 GB. At a single time you can store about 340 songs versus oter 1 GB players that can pnly hold 200-250 songs. Its also windows media player compatible. 6 out of 5 stars! * * * * * *

I was very impressed with the service I got from this company. I called in to see if they had an arm band that I could put my MP3 player in. They said that they didn't have one yet but are getting them in a few months. They went the extra mile to email me the search page on amazon that had arm bands and the links for the ones they know fit well. I just got my arm band and it is perfect. Now I can throw my MP3 player in my bag and not worry about it.

The size of this item is incredible considering the amount of music you can store on this 512MB player. Its perfect for when I go jogging around Chicago. Its compact, discreet, and it delivers superior sound. Tons of features and very well worth the over $100.00

I like this MP3 player very much. It has a lot of feature and it's easy to figure out all of the functions without even looking at the manual. Everything is self explanatory.
It sounds good enough with the headphones you get with it, but it will sound even better if you use your own set of headphones.
The unit is nice and small in size, it holds a lot of songs and the one AAA battery lasts a long time. The only 2 minor negative thing about it are, #1 the FM tuner does not lock in every station on the dial. #2 the display section (on the front of the unit) is made out of thin glass, which can easily crack. It would be nice if the Company that builds them, would also supply a protective carrying pouch for it. I rate it a 4.5 out of 5 stars (very good item).

I've been using my Swurv for almost 2 months now and i love it. Actually I'm still discovering new features on the swurv that i didn't know were there. and the fm radio is a nice feature to have. I also have an ipod that i've had for about a year now and the battery on it is already dying. Now it only lasts about 2 hours before I have to charge it again.. Ipods are great but they are notorious for their weak batteries, and for the cost of replacing the battery, you might as well buy a new ipod. Or better yet, just get the Swurv. My only gripe is that the headphones that they provide aren't great. But this is an easy fix, I just use my own headphones (try sennheiser!!)

I had a friend that was visiting from England and before she left I wanted to get her an MP3 player as a parting gift. I called up iclick to see is I could get the MP3 player by Sunday. The woman I talked to said that by going FedEx ground I would be able to get it in three days which would work and I didn't have to pay for the higher shipping charge.

Well I tracked the package from the tracking number that was emailed to me and it said that the delievery date had changed and it wasn't going to get to me until a day to late.

I called up and they said that due to a error on the part of FedEx the package was going to be late and THEN THEY DID THE MOST AMAZING THING. They sent another MP3 via FedEx overnight with a Saturday delivery. I got the MP3 player on Saturday morning with enough time to load it up so that my friend could listen to music on her flight.

I can not believe that they went to that extra length to get the MP3 player out to me.

This is a rockin' mp3 player. For those who are technically inept (such as myself): it works like a charm. Without once looking at the user manual I have managed to load and organize music, store and quickly access radio stations, and use the stealthy recording feature. The smurv 5 stores the perfect amount of music to liven up a dull airplane ride or evening study session and the radio comes in handy on those long runs/walks. A+ in my book!
