I ordered this for a rental car field trip, never having used my Jornada with a car charger before. For a few days it worked great then stopped. The good news and the reason for my 5 rating is the excellent and immediate support provided by Steven Levy at Sakar International (owners of iconcepts). He fedex'd me a replacement adapter at once, no fuss, no questions. Later on, on reciept of the dysfunctional original unit he called to tell me they'd be testing it and would let me know what they found in case I needed to change how I was using the thing. All this help for a [price]product is exceptional I think. As a photographer I've known Sakar for years as a maker of add-on products. Their new iconcepts line shows they've made a real commitment to customer service at a time when many other companies are giving up on it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
