Idazzle Mini Hi-Fi Speaker was exactly what I was looking for; something for the times I want to cut the cord (earphones) which is most of the time. Really good sound and amplification, won't vibrate the walls but projects sound enough to enjoy it sitting on a table. Articulating jack makes propping up of Ipod easy so one can see the Ipod screen to make selections. Having read other reviews about the battery life, I have found the battery life to be surprisingly roboust. A great bridge between ear buds and a full size Ipod speaker system.

I love this tiny speaker. The sound quality is great. It works perfectly for work. Make sure to invest in some rechargeable batteries, it can get expensive quick (lesson learned).

I use this speaker with my Ipod Touch everyday. I Like how this speaker is very small and compact, making it very easy to carry around in the same pocket that I have my Ipod touch in. The quality of the sound is average, and it has decent volume.

However, this speaker is very low quality, because it lasts me about a month usually and two months at most. The battery compartment cover breaks extremely easily and the sound quality starts to get worse after just a few weeks just from normal wear and tear. I'm very careful with my stuff, but yet this speaker breaks extremely easily. I hate how my Ipod Touch is in perfect condition after more than a year of heavy use, but yet I have to replace this speaker about every month and a half.

I buy this speaker only because there's not any other speakers available that's this small with this much volume. I really wish a company would make a speaker this small with this much volume but that's much better quality. I totally don't care about paying more for a speaker, I just want something that's higher quality.


MY RECOMMENDATION: If you need a speaker small enough that will fit in the same pocket as a cell phone or ipod, I recommend this speaker, but if you can use a slightly bigger speaker, there's much better speakers available.

I buy this speaker every month and a half due to its small size, but as soon as I find a speaker with better quality, I'll stop buying this speaker.

I repair computers and just use the Idazzle Mini Speakers to test sound jack output. They work just fine for what I need. pjs

Front firing speakers with highly visible power light and decent sound quality. the articulating jack is nice but it would have been nice to include a jumper cord so that the speakers could be moved so that you could charge/plug in a booster battery while using. Good quality sound and enough volume that it will not wash out in normal db level places- cafeteria, waiting lounge etc. You will not be broadcasting to a roomful, but its a big step up from other plug-ins and/or earphones for private use for one or two people. Definately worth the $20- 4 stars only because of the jumper cord issue, otherwise 5 for the money.
