Awesome product. Fit our Dell mini 9 really cool. there is a USB port out of the charger and it charges quicker than plugging via laptop. Great product. compact, small, everything you'd want in a charger.

Good item but iGo products are confusing,

This item works fine with my Asus netbook which requires 12V input. iGo makes a similar power adapter for laptops that require 19V input. However, the iGo Web site is not clear as to which adapter is compatible with which products. It implies that the laptop adapter will charge netbooks too, and the tip information is mixed up between laptops and netbooks. I own both products; they both work well, but they are specific to laptops (19V input) or netbooks (12V input - this item).

My charger died on my Velocity Micro netbook. I went to a few stores and the best price I could find was $79.99 for an igo charger. I wasn't about to spent that much for a charger. I did find that I could order one from Sears or Walmart for much less and then I decided to try Amazon. I got the older version the #127 for like $10 plus shipping. It came new in the packaging and I lucked out because one of the tips fit my netbook! I was prepared to go radio shack and buy the proper tip.
The charger works great, it's compact and it has a carry case. It's actually much easier to carry around then the original that came with the netbook so I will bring it with me when I travel. There is also a USB port on the charger so you can charge your cell as well. The charger gets a little hot - and I thought maybe I got a bad product but I didn't. Other reviews said that it does get hot. It's something that I will watch but all seems fine.
