Great little light for the money. I live in a dorm and don't have much space so this is perfect for me. I don't need a big stereo, I just turn on pandora in my ipod, plug it in, and I'm good to go. The music is very clear and the lamp looks really cool too.

I am happy with this lamp/ipod player. It was easy to use right out of the box. Turned on no prob and with in a couple of minutes I was playing my ipod. The dimmer selection nice to have at night and I like how it's small so I can bring it room to room.

This was purchased for our 12 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. It has a dimmer switch that is activated by touching the lamp, and she loves turning it on and off. The audio is great for her (and us, since it doesn't get TOO loud) and it looks perfect in her room, which is mostly purple.

I have been searching everywhere for a lamp like this. I saw one in Skymall or something and I just needed to have it. I was so happy when I found it here on Amazon. I love the color and the size and my ipod's music sounds great coming out the speaker.

Purchased on a Tuesday and for $3.99 more it arrived on Thursday. After reading other reviews on the lack of light, I chose white to help produce a brighter light. The led lights are dim and like the other reviewers, reading might even be difficult. It is small! Be warned it, at best, would be best for a kids room as a small table lamp. My daughter loves the touch on/off switch and that her iPod plugs into it. Overall I'm pleased, but if you want a regular reading light, move on.

I want only to underline that the dark colors like this one make reading totally impossible. Try the white ones maybe.
The violet glows given by LED bulbs in the room is considered 'super-kool'.
Sound is not that bad with an iPod touch (I knew I can't expect a sound like a high end sound-system of course) the 'gliding command' on the base are kool too, reported my 16yo son.
He is happy so am I! ;-)

I have seen similar lamps for much more so when I got this I was surprised with how good it was. The sound is crystal clear and looks great in my room. My daughter is going to college this fall and she has already asked if she can take this with her. I said no problem, because I can easily afford another one.
