I bought this system for my 7 year old and liked it so much I bought one for myself. Works well with Sansa Clip and C250 using the patch cord that is included. Can't beat the sound for the size and price. Very easy to use, sound is awesome, you can put all your MP3 and accessories in the speaker case for storage. I love this product!

I really like this piece of equipment. It is one of the few ipod speaker set ups out there that runs purely off batteries (although you can get a power cord for it). The battery life is exceptional, the sound is very impressive for the size and it is extremely portable. It is very protective of your ipod, and the the interface on the outside makes for minimal opening of the case. (Only to change an album, really). If specifically for your home I would definitely recommend a powered ipod dock with speakers and other features, but this is amazing for bbq's, camping, the park, a car with no stereo, moving/construction projects, etc.

This little speaker box is stellar. The sound quality is quite shocking for a product of this size. It is portable, lightweight, fits all sizes of ipods and is easy to use. Searched several types and this was by far the best quality and price. Highly recommend.

This is a great. It says "for ipod shuffle" but every ipod they make will fit it. It charges, carries, protects and plays exceptiionally well. It even comes with parts to put quick mounts on bicycles or just about anywhere. The sound is great.

For the price it is definitely worth the money. Very high quality.

Bought this for my 7-year-old son for Xmas. The product great. It is portable. The sound is great. It is very durable. The Ipod stays in the hard case for protection. My 4-year-old daughter drags it around the house to play music and dance. Once again phenomenal sound and great durability.

This is a great little portable speaker system that I let my 2-year old use, but be warned - it does NOT come with an AC power adapter - that is sold separately despite the description listed here. The ihome one is an additional $21

The controls worked fine for me as I read others had problems. The sound is what you would expect from smaller speakers. Batteries held up well. If you have any protective case on a classic type ipod it is a tight fit. Amazon had super fast shipping.

I love this product! I got the hot pink one on the clearance rack at Wal-Mart for $25 about 5 months ago and I use it almost everyday with my iPod Nano. It has great sound, and gets a lot louder than you would think. I love it's easy portability and I usually carry it from room to room with me, including outdoors when I'm gardening and to the beach. It doesn't suck batteries dry like other non-electrical docking stations. I wish I'd gotten a few more so I could give them as gifts.

I was sent pink rather than the black I ordered even though the packing slip said black...someone's color blind. After less than a week the ihome wouldn't turn on. I tried new batteries and it still won't turn on. What a waste of money. Big dissapointment.

Seems a reasonable price until you open it and realize the plug in AC adaptor is not included, but for an addtional $21 plus shipping and handling they will ship you one. For this simple reason I would not trust this company. You can see in the owners manual where special stickers have been added after the fact to point this out (must have been many complaints). Seems better customer relations would be to just include the inexspesive AC adaptor instead of pasting these stickers all over the owners manual. Also be careful, much added documentation about what IPODs it will not work with!
