If you bought an Klearscreen cleaning kit it most likely came with two polishing cloths: a "Micro-Chamois Cloth" and a
"Micro-Fiber 'Terry' Cloth".

I bought this item because the micro-fiber terry cloth was travel-sized and I wanted something a little larger to use as my primary screen-cleaning cloth for my matte screens. This is not at all the same type of cloth as the micro-fiber cloth that comes with the cleaning kit. It has a coarser, rougher texture, and is far less absorbent. That means that it won't to a very good job of cleaning your screen, won't dry it completely, leaves streaks, AND doesn't dry itself very well. The rougher, thicker cloth also means that it doesn't fold and travel as well.

I used this a couple times and then threw it away because it really just wasn't good for anything. It never did a good enough job cleaning my screen that I didn't have to follow up with something else. It didn't even make a good dish towel. Would not buy again.

I like this microfiber cleaning cloth very much. Works well on our laptops and eyeglasses. You receive a very clean and polished surface. Wash regularly in warm soapy water with a mild detergent (I use a couple drops of Dawn Dish-washing Detergent in a glass full of warm or cool water, swish cloth around and let soak. Rinse with water only--no fabric softener.)

Excellent for polishing. Microfiber is dense and absolutely no lint after washing. Excellent on electronics from small personal all the way up to large flat screens. Would have no problem recommending to friends or family members.

I've just seen the review by a buyer who was surprised of the fabric he got. He was expecting a Micro-Fiber fabric when he ordered a Micro-Chamois one. His confusion may be legitimate, but his rating shows poor judgement and no understanding of what he had in his hands.

Micro-fibers are used to swipe dust particles from glasses and optical lenses. Micro-Chamois are used to clean and polish computer screens, along with electronic devices like iPhone and iPads. It can be used on its own, or with a polishing product made exclusively for this type of work. They not only clean the surfaces, but polish them as well, keeping dust particles to stick on the surface and making a nice polished surface where your fingers can glide more easily.

I would recommend that you totally ignore the rating left by this poor ignorant customer, and choose your cleaning and polishing fabrics attentively. I am a big fan of Micro-Chamois myself, and find them not only awesome for computer screens, but also to clean my glasses. Not all Micro-chamois are the same, and some may be coarser than others. Some also come with a coarse surface on one side (to apply the liquid product) and a softer side to polish properly. It does wonderful work.

Always be cautious of reviews on one star, as they often come from ignorant customers.
