Not loud enough for driving,

I bought this when our state law changed, requiring hands-free use. Unfortunately, the volume isn't high enough for freeway driving so I have to get a new one. It is loud enough for surface street driving, so if that's your main route you should be fine. Otherwise, I have been pleased with the battery life, comfort, and ease of use.

Dangerously Distracting,

I bought this item in order to be "hands-free" in the car and less distracted while driving. First problem was that the volume was so low I could never hear the other party over road noise even after maxing it out. With that, I had to press the divise to my ear, which sorta ruined the idea of "hands-free." The button for volume and the button for on/off are directly opposite each other, so when one is pressed, it's almost impossible not to press the other. VERY difficult to remember which was which at first to answer and/or make a call. In messing around with it and trying to make a call, I found myself FAR FAR more distracted on the road and it actually frightened me. I wanted to just use my cell phone and couldn't get the darned thing to disconnect or turn off! I know if the bluetooth moves out of range from the cell, it disconnects itself, so voila! Great idea! I threw it out the window! FINALLY! It worked!
