This is a great product. Very happy with it, no side effects that i noticed. i used this in conjunction with any another product Bluebonnet Cholesterice. i would take the Cholesterice during the day with my lunch, then take this product at night about 1hr before going to bed with warm water as directed. My doctor had been trying to put me on Statins for over a year but I would never fill the prescriptions. Finally he said you need to get it under control which scared me into researching online for natural remedies that really work. I happened across this product by chance while looking for the Cholesterice which I had used once a few years back. After two months of following the routine all of my bad cholesterol levels fell well below the mid ranges.
LDL Cholesterol went from 190 down to 90
HDL Cholesterol had little change as it has always been good
Triglycerides was 225, went down to 140
Total Cholesterol was 235, went down to 190
My doctor couldn't believe it and even said "I've not seen Crestor work this well" never told him what I was taking/and still am taking. Now on the flip side I gave these same two products to my father-in-law and he took them to his doctor for approval and up you guessed it...She told him not to take them and said they wouldn't work..... Nothing but drug pushers...

I am 54 years old- the age of either adding more weight or skinny! eating what I liked to eat, from red meat to candy, butter, eggs. The cholesterol level was up so high 275 Cholesterol; 229 Triglyceride 58 HDL 171 LDL I was shocked and so scared! I used many cholesterol pills, but nothing changes! I was told from a friend that tried this product for reducing cholesterol. He has used it and continuing to use to manage and maintaining his cholesterol level, it works so good for him! Amazing result that what he said! and changing what he used to eat, walking briefly everyday 30 minutes. I took his advice and trying since 9/2010! Could not wait for the result from my doctor! I could not believe myself after reading my lipid panel report 2/11/2011. Taking one capsule a day, cutting my bad eating habits, walking, meditation.
