This is the second unit I've purchased. The first was fine, the second one I had to send back because the CD doors were defective and would not open properly after pushing the button. Other than that, I find the sound quality superior, and being a professional recording artist, I am quite impressed with the clarity and resolution of the speaker system. But make sue the unit is not defective, test all the functions thoroughly when you unpack the unit.

This was my Christmas gift and my husband and I spent a lot of time researching a new cd player before we settled on it. I was very disappointed when I received it and set it up and it didn't work. The iPod portion worked fine but neither of the doors on the cd player worked. One just opened and closed repeatedly by itself and the other side wouldn't open at all. I sent it back to the manufacturer and besides acknowledging it's receipt, I haven't received a response as to when they are going to get a new one to me that works.

Functionality, sound and controls all as advertised. Remote and iPod charger work fine. Great deal for the money. Slightly bigger than I thought with the detached speakers.

Got this system for our daughter and husband for Christmas 2009. I read the reveiws and it had mixed. We still got the system and told the kids if they did not like it lets find something else. They set it up and ran sound checks on it. This system is a nice system. The sound was very nice and the controls were easy to operate. This will work for them as they needed a wall system.

I thought this would turn out badly in the begining they sent me the wrong color, but with no disputes or trouble they satisfied the purchase in a very honorable way which I was very pleased with. The item was a gift and when assembled, it was awsome..One of the greatest units I have encountered, sound, ease in putting together and class to the style. My daughter was thrilled with the gift and I would highly recomend this product and company I purchased through. Overall wonderful experience and I give both 10 stars or more. Thank you for the uplift in humanity.

Compact, yet elegant. Uses it as an alarm clock and soothing music to fall asleep to...

The bass is a little weak. But an exteranl subwoofer can be attached.

Very nice!

Looking for a white wall CD unit for my white master bathroom, not much choice but this one. The unit is old discontinued production, no more made... a shame, really. The unit itself is OK -- has a subwoofer output, which is nice if you need a warmer sound -- I bought it for looks, actually, and sound is secondary consideration. Well, farewell to this design, iLuv does not make white units anymore.

Very good looking ! setup very easy !(unless hanging on wall) . System is light so no need to hit studs when hanging. Sound quality is merely ok. Needs a lot more bass.

We bought this system for our daughter for Christmas. She is 15. She loves it.We mounted it directly above her head, the head of her bed on the wall and seperated the speakers, one on each opposite wall.

Problems right out of the box. Having trouble with the CD doors, CD's not being sensed, doors continually opening and closing.
This is probably going back. Sound quality pretty poor!!
