I bought at the same time 3 similar headphones:
1. iLuv iEP322BLK City Lights In-Ear Earphones (US$7 at this time)
2. Panasonic RPHJE120K In-Ear Headphone (US$ 6 at this time)
3. GOgroove audiOHM Ergonomic Metallic Silver Earbuds (US$ 13)
Here is how I comparatively rate them on sound quality:
iLuv: grade 10
GOgroove: grade 9.8
Panasonic : grade 7
And, since I also had them here to compare, the in-ear phones that came with mine Samsung Galaxy SIII phone would get a grade 8 and a very cheap one, bought at the streets, would get a grade 1.
Considering the apparent resistance of the cord and of the plug (something very important to me, since I use them at bed) plus the ear fitting and the packaging, I would give them
iLuv: 10
GOgroove: 10
Panasonic: 8
So, my final benefit per cost rating for them, using the formula (Sound quality *3 + Appearance) / Cost, would be:
iLuv: (10*3+10)/7=5.7
GOgroove: (9.8*3+10)/13=3.0
Panasonic – (7*3+8)/6=4.8

So iLuv is the best deal. A very good deal!

The 8mm bass earbuds from iLuv, are cheap with stronger bass than Dr Dre's earbuds that are very expensive... If you want more bang for your buck, you found it... Really fast delivery inside the USA... I have them on full blast for about 6 months now and no distortion of the highs... What a hidden treasure, the price is unbelievably cheap for the quality that you get... I am very satisfied with this product... Thanx...

After going through 2 pairs of Ultimate Ears Superfi 5's and a comparable pair of Audio Technica's I decided no more high dollar headphones. They all eventually break. I listen to music at least 6 hours a day and it absolutely must sound good. The kind of music I listen to varies from progressive metal to thrash and everything in between. I purchased 5 pairs of ~$6 headphones and compared. Here they are, in the order that I'd rate them, strictly based on sound quality.

Note: Anyone who is familiar with canal headphones knows that fit is everything. I took fit out of the equation by using my Comply T-400 foam tips with all of them. I highly recommend them if you want the best fit. I was also using a Sony MW600 bluetooth adapter, Xperia Tipo, and PowerAmp.

This review is about sound quality only. Nothing else matters..

Could possibly be the best <$10 headphone out there. At first I thought they may be too boomy but after adjusting the eq a bit I fell in love. It's hard to believe you can get something this sweet sounding for 6 bucks. Nice and flat but a little heavy on the mid bass (nothing the eq cant cure. Handles high volumes very well.

* Panasonic RPHJE120S In-Ear Headphone, Silver
These were practically a tie for first. I think they probably have the most accurate overall sound. I love thundering bass drums, but if I were seeking the best overall reproduction, these would have been #1.

I have owned a lot of headphones. I mean A LOT. I've gone all the way from sh**** walmart headphones to JVC Xploders. But these. My god. These headphones hit everything. They beat ever pair of headphones I have ever owned. They hit highs, no distortion, mids beautiful, and the bass, there is only one way I can explain the bass. Have you ever had your ear canals shaking? No? Me either, until I stuck these little suckers in and played some dubstep. I can not tell you how many head phones I've bought that say, "High bass" or "extreme bass" and it just turns out to be distorted horse s***. These headphones are the real deal. This is raw clear bass that even 50 dollar headphones wont touch. For this price, you would be an idiot not to buy them.

I bought these headphones 3 years ago and they still work like new! If you are like me, I had to buy new headphones every 3 to 5 months because they would stop working. These are perfect! They have great sound and for the price, these are the perfect headphones! After my current ILuv's stop working, I will be coming back here to buy another pair.

Well I got these because I was tired of crappy earphones, the shipping was incredibly fast. When I tried them out the sound was much better than expected, there's enough bass to make your cheeks vibrate. These are suited to pretty much every genre of music from Classical to POP to Death metal (I don't know what you're into but I've tested these on most all of my music) It's probably best not to blast these because they get way too loud (Unless you intend to be deaf). The actual ear-buds (the part that goes in your ear) don't stick out much and they ARE very easy to conceal if you wear a hood or beanie or something. The cord is long enough to stick your device in your pocket while walking or jogging (Or whatever you do). Overall these deserve a 5 Star rating.

P.S. They don't have a mic so they aren't meant for talking on the phone. (=
