The item is good. It works well and it does what it claims. It keeps the ipod in place and you can listen to your music in the car through an FM station. The drawback is that in my car if I place the charger in the lighter opening, the gear lever pushes the holder. There is not enough space for both. So check if you have enough space in your car before buying.

Not very good quality, car charger plug fell apart when being removed from socket after first time plugged in. Had to fix with spare parts from other chargers. Daughter very disappointed with device!

It worked great, the reception was great, and then I used it for about 15 minutes, and I heard a loud *pop*, and light smoke started coming out of the device. It still seems to work, but I don't know for how much longer, and it's not worth damaging the phone. Fast shipping, but if this item cost more (paid $13.12 incl shipping) I would have tried to return it.

Works beautifully with my Ipod. I just got the new Iphone 3GS and although it still plays beautifully- it doesn't charge while playing as it does with the ipod.

this is my second iphone fm transmitter, and it does work but is not the best method for playing music content. this unit does charge the phone, and it does transmit to your car's radio, but the signal is constantly affected by other random radio noise. a much better idea is to install an aux jack, or replace your car radio with one that has an aux and/or usb port. for the price you can't beat this device, and as i stated it does work and you don't need anything else. if price is the main reason, than this works. however just don't expect it to play music as you drive without being affected by various other radio signals and static.

The unit started smoking the first time I plugged it in. Fortunately, my iPhone wasn't damaged. I sent the thing back for a refund.

Worked once after that it never came back on I called Bargain's customer service and they shipped me a replacement within days they have excellent customer service and all I had to explain was the equipment was not working and they didnt hesitate to send a replacement very good sound quality works well with IPHONE 3Gs

There was so much static when I used it with my iphone 4s I could barely hear the audiobook I was trying to listen to. Returned it immediately.

bonne qualité sonore, longue portée, télécommande pour changer de track (permet de garder les yeux sur la route).parfait pour mon iphone4. le seul hic, il est très difficile à inserer dans l'allume cigarette, sinon imposible. une petite modification et le tour est joué.

i was sent the wrong thing instead of the one for the iphone i was sent the one for the ipod iwrote and asked to tell me how i could switch it out and was given a refund so no i cannot rate it would have love to try it
