First off I'd like to say that IGFactory Handhelditems has some pretty bad customer service. I specified expedited shipping for this item and have contacted them about my missing orders after they didn't show up for three weeks. After reporting this to A-to-Z and having to go through Amazon to get my refund, the headphones mysteriously arrived after a month and a half from the day I ordered it.

Anyway, on with the review. The headphones are a product of MYBAT; the packaging looked legitimate until I noticed the box didn't provide any information about the company (no phone number, website, nothing!) or the products copyright information. The description on the back was minimal and even had grammatical errors like it was written by either a second grader just understanding the rules of writing proper grammar or a foreigner just learning how to write in broken English.

After I tried the headphones on, I already knew I was going to have problems yet again! The left earjack kept going in and out and the audio was not only bad, but the bass was broken and everything rang in a higher pitch (imagine listening to "Dani California" with the Anthony Kiedis singing a couple octaves too high, like Alvin and the Chipmunks-high).

If you want a GREAT set of headphones, I suggest MyNetDeals's White Stereo Headset with Built-in Microphone and Click / Hold Button for Apple iPhone - Ear Cusions Included (iphone not included). When IGFactories didn't reply to my messages, I bought these instead and recieved much better service. The headphones themselves are of excellent quality and it sounds great with no hint of background static noise. Even better is that they're half the price of these horrible headphones.

Look, the main thing is, don't buy these headphones. Even the standard issue Apple headphones that came with your iPhone, which aren't that great, is still a heck of a lot better.
