These boots are great if your kid is going to be walking outside in the rain from the house to the car. What they are NOT good for is if your kids want to play in deep puddles (about 3 inches deep). They did not keep my son's feet dry at all. But this is my first time buying rain boots, so this could be common for all rain boots.
But I like that they are PVC free, they do go on easily, and they did kept my son's feet warm (when he wasn't puddle jumping).

These boots fit good and are true to size, but the green is a MUCH lighter green than in the picture.
