This product's real value lies in the included software. This software goes on your PC, and brings the internet to life. It "reformats" popular web sites so that they look good and are easy to use on your HDTV with the remote. I LOVE the way that it formats Facebook pics and walls, and YouTube. Finally, a good reason to get my wife to let me put a PC in the living room.
It is better than Roku and all the rest as I did not have to buy anymore hardware and it works better than Boxee.
Wish I could give it 10 stars.

Windows 7 Vista XP Media Center MCE PC Remote Control and Infrared Receiver for Home, Premium and Ultimate Edition
See for yourself. It's the exact same remote as the iRevo, (the iRevo is repackaged with a couple of extra cables that you don't need.) Myself, I'd buy the other one for $14...!
