Complicated
The cable does transfers charger sync music photos etc to your iriver h10 but it took me awhile to figure out, rather than the music transfering to the music folder it transfers to the browser which make people frustrated because they will just look in the music list for the songs. after a period of time you will get used to it

Not What I needed
This was advertised as a product That you would be able to use right out of the package to upload songs onto an I -River. I can only use this to charge the I-River and it needs a companion piece to upload songs. I wish this had been made clear when I purchased it.

Doesn't Transfer Data,

Plusses: Charges great
Minuses: None of my computers regognize my H10/20G MP3 player with this cable, so I can't transfer data. This makes the product about useless.

cable only charged n didnt let me transfer mp3s,pics,etc
they said it must be defective n wanted me to pay more money to have it shipped back,i told them no i wanted another one that worked b4 i send this one back, havent heard from them since nor recieved anything, this company sucks do not buy from them, there stuff is crappy

The cable works excellent, however the driver installation is very difficult, it's none of the business of the cable.
