iRobot 11265 Roomba Brush Cleaning Tool

Don't bother with this little piece of plastic. I have a Roomba 560. The comb didn't do squat for cleaning any of the brushes. It was too big, lint and hair would not catch and pull out of the brushes. The razor might have been useful for cutting the ropes of hair Roomba winds up around his brushes, except the worst ropes always wind up around the ends of the brushes where the razor can't reach. Do yourself a favor, skip this and get a pair of nail scissors and an old toothbrush instead. They do a great job. That's what I use to clean my Roomba.

You know the saying about good things coming in small packages? I'd extend it to say that sometimes the most functional tools do, too. This cute blue gadget has a comb to tease wrapped pet and people hair away from Roomba rollers and a safety cutter to slice said hair. The pointy end is good for fishing random bits of linty "ick" off wheel ends.

This tool came bundled with my older Roomba and seemed too flimsy to last more than a few months, but it's stood the test of long-haired pets and teens, and is easily cleaned and stored with my extra filters.

Now for the awww factor. Many iRobot customers name their Roombas (check out the owner forums if you haven't already, both for smiles and for useful tips). I've been meaning to ask wht function the two little "eyes" serve, since there probably is one, in addition to the personification at which iRobot seems to work so hard.

Product works great, people say to use a fork, but I dont want to be using my forks to clean my roomba, pretty gross, this tool works awesome.

The brush arrived quickly and was what I expected. However, my Roomba came with the exact same brush, just a different color. I've had the Roomba for a month (love it) and have not used this tool to clean the brushes much. Mostly I need tweezers to get at the hard to reach stuff.
