I love these brushes. First of all, they are colored so I can be sure to have a separate one for fish, chicken, pastries, etc... I also love that the heads are removable to clean. I've been using these for over a year and I am always pleased with them. A good purchase for a reasonable price.

I like these. The handles have a straight end and a curved end. The heads can be switched to either end, so you can either use these as a straight brush, or an angled brush. I didn't actually measure these, but the product dimensions listed in the description look to be pretty accurate, with the brushes being just under a foot long. Could be a bit longer and with a bit more thickness in the handle, but they're still good.
