After evaluating all iPod mini protectors available I decided to go for the iSkin Mini (Artic). The protector overall is great with a nice fit, easy to put on and take off, nice clear platic screen protector and transparent color. Only reason I gave the iSkin mini four stars is because if you use external devices that plug into the top of the iPod and lie flat over it (like the iTrip) the iSkin prevents those devices from connecting completely. The iTrip for example does not engage completely due to the thin plastic layer between it and the iPod. In order to get my iTrip to work withour problems I had to carefully cut out the thin plastic layer covering the top of the iPod. Except for this issue, which can be fixed in a couple of minutes with a sharp knife, the iSkin mini is a great choice for protecting your iPod.
