Works with my 2nd generation iPod touch. Everything connects and charges correctly. The cable is short (22cm / 8.5in) so it definitely keeps my desktop neat.

My iPhone4 came with a charging cable 41" long from tip to tail, over THREE FEET of cable. It's a pain to use for synching/charging from my laptop, and requires coiling and wrapping when installed in my charging dresser valet. Inconvenient. The iStubz cables, by contrast, are uber-short & handy; a 7" that fits inside the valet & a 3" that is almost invisible attached to the laptop. These things are so useful that Apple should ditch the stock cable & include a 2-pack of the iStubz - they work and are far more convenient. Speaking of 2-packs, I ordered both this item - the 22cm cable - and the ultra shorty seperately. The 22cm arrived as part of a pair, which is a pretty fair deal for twenty clams; and I know plenty of folks with iPhones, so the extra shorty won't gather any dust. An honest five-star effort - kudos to iStubz!

This is a great compromise between the long Apple cables and the very short one. Good for taking along for charging or connecting to a number of different computers. Long enough to keep it from hanging off something in most cases.
