This review is strictly on functionality of this LCD/TV.

It actually has 2 hdmi ports (720p/1080p). My HP laptop was able to attain 1080p on the hdmi2. Remote is cheaply made but has alot of functions. Such as separate source buttons to switch from TV to say HDMI or components. Which is a rare feature from a low end LCD TV. Usually you can find it on higher end "Sony or Samsung".

Color and contrast along with view angles are pretty good. Don't expect too much from sub 175 dollars. This unit has an USB port for Picture viewing or Music listening. Great for Kids.

This will make a great desktop/tv for a kids room or maybe for the kitchen while you cook you can search the web or watch TV when waiting for the food to cook =)

I like the silver gun metal look even if it's plastic and I would recommend this if you are on a budget. 26" are as pricey as the 32". So either this size and go for big 37"+ when you got the flow.

I was really excited about receiving the tv here in the outskirts of Afghanistan. Last night it finally came, and like a kid on Christmas day I eagerly opened up the box hardly able to control the excitement. The tv looks great, and cheers for including batteries in the remote control. Perhaps if you had mentioned that the tv purchase does not include the power cord, well I could have purchased it at the same time so that when the tv arrived I could actually use it rather than now having to wait an additional 3 weeks for the power source to arrive. Normally, I would just stroll out to a radio shack or walmart and buy a cord. But alas here in the remote corners of Afghanistan, where shampoo and laundry detergent are worth their weight in gold, power cords are not easily attained. So, for future reference please include in your ad that the tv will not be shipped for off the shelf use. I'll write a complete review of the functionality of the tv in 3-4 weeks when my power cord arrives and I can actually turn it on.

Got this at a great price - below $150. I am generally not a person who gives 5 stars easily, but I can not find a reason to not give this the highest rating. Well packaged, easy set-up - I doubt you need to read the manual, but it comes with a quick set-up guide. It is very light weight - it came with the stand already attached. I was not sure if it should have come that way or it was a product return, but that saved a step. The sound is good for such a small system and has some customized settings that help. There are several color settings to choose from that probably help depending on how bright of a room you have it in. All in all, I could not have expected more!
