Inserting the filter: Unscrew the silver cap. Remove the silver protective cover and the blue plug from filter. Secure the cap in the filter opening. Screw the cap back onto the bottle, leaving the filter inside. How to Use: Fill 2/3 of the bottle with water. Clean and empty bottle when not using for a long period of time. Clean the bottle once a week with water. Store at room temperature (60 to 80F).
