Fantastic!
I received this for a wedding gift and I love it! It is big but still unobtrusive. It has a plastic rim that secures the trash bag in place but it isn't tight or hard to get off. I have no problem with the sensor except when you don't actually throw things in the bin. If anything is block the sensor it will stay open. Another plus is it was heavy enough so that our dogs...

Damaged on arrival
The item was damaged in several places when received. Item was out of stock and could not be replaced upon return. Credit was posted promptly to my account.

I received this for a wedding gift and I love it! It is big but still unobtrusive. It has a plastic rim that secures the trash bag in place but it isn't tight or hard to get off. I have no problem with the sensor except when you don't actually throw things in the bin. If anything is block the sensor it will stay open. Another plus is it was heavy enough so that our dogs cannot knock it over!Only thing I don't like is I can seem to find the replacement filters. It appears to be just a small no-name carbon filter.

Just short of five stars,
By It's quiet, sleek, attractive, uses my Costco 13-gal. trash bags and matches my stainless steel appliances. Except for it's occasional involuntary opening when one walks past too close to the can, I'd have given full five stars.
