NOTE! YOU CANNOT use it with the above mentioned model.

I assume it is only for NX, SX, HX & MX (and again, NOT the one mentioned above).

Beware! This adapter does NOT work with the "iTouchless Stainless-Steel Hands-Free 13-Gallon Infrared Automatic Trash Can" even though they come up together as being "Frequently Bought Together" and "Related Products".

I purchased an NX/SX Model Touchless Trashcan for the kitchen to make it easier for my granddaughters to use it. Since I have pets, an open trash can is an open invitation for disaster. My granddaughters loved it so much that I was having to change the batteries every three days. (My floors were spotless, because they would try to find anything to throw away.) The AC Power Adaptor has cut down on battery usage and works exactly as promised.

Glad I bought it, doesn't malfunction. It's an adapter that gets the job done on a machine that really needs the power. Highly recommend purchasing it with the can (which we love).

This is the adapter for the automatic lid opening trashcan. Bought this as a backup in case batteries go dead and don't have any on hand.

A must have item. When the batteries run out...and you do not have any left...what do you do? You use your adapter. Better yet, if you have company staying for the weekend; a week; or two...this is great to have. Plug it in before they arrive. Who wants to run around looking for batteries; when they could be spending time with their guests? Not me. I would rather spend time with family and friends.

You will love this trash can; so plan ahead and get the accessories.

Seems to work better better than the batteries. Great value, compared to buying batteries for the trashcan.

Now to find an adaptor that does homework equally well. :o)

Very inexpensive, tiny adapter (not bulky). A MUST HAVE add on if you have any iTouchless trash can. It's cheaper and more convenient than having to purchase and replace batteries.

I'm so glad I bought this adapter. We have a puppy who tries to get ahold of everything, so we have to throw random things out constantly before he finds them (whether they're on the table, the counter, it doesn't matter... he's relentless!) - loose pieces of thread, bottle caps, pieces of toys that he has chewed off, etc. The trash can probably gets opened 20 times a day. Batteries would have definitely died by now. I hated to spend the extra money on the adapter when I purchased the trash can, but I'm so glad now that I did. The trash can it goes to (the iTouchless 13 gallon square stainless steel extra-wide opening touchless trash can MX) was also an excellent buy. I have no complaints at all about either product. Both items came with no signs of damage. Slight delay in the shipment of this adapter, but only by a day or two.

Purchased this for the office, needed two of them. Easy as pie install considering all I had to do was plug them in. Item works well and does exactly what it says
