5.0 out of 5 stars Great soap dispenser
I love these. I bought one for each of my 2 kitchen sinks. They are smart looking and go with my stainless accessories.

Product arrived DOA; dispensed soap slowly and noisily for about 30 sec and then ceased to function at all. Strike 2; Replacement unit arrived missing the cap to the soap reservoir and could not be made to dispense soap. It also contained water, indicating to me a refurb unit. I have requested a refund and my recommendation would be to stay away from this product. I wish I could rate it lower than 1 star...

1.0 out of 5 stars Poorly made and less then desirable functionality, January 27, 2009
This review is from: iTouchless Sensor Soap Dispenser with Wall-Mount Docking Holder (Kitchen)
Unlike the other reviews, mine seems to work. You need alkaline batteries and for some reason rechargables do not work in the unit. The rechargables I tried were 2200mah. The unit itself is pretty much all plastic. The battery compartment is located on the bottom, which I found odd, and it did not have a seal to keep water out. As for the sensing unit, it works well when you go to use it. There is however a problem with the sensing unit when you don't go to use it. It seems to randomly think that I am going to use it and if left on, you can come back to a counter of soap. I would not recommend this product to anyone, avoid it if you can.

1.0 out of 5 stars pitiful product & worse customer service, January 23, 2009
This review is from: iTouchless Sensor Soap Dispenser with Wall-Mount Docking Holder (Kitchen)
Do not buy this product. I purchased it 3 months ago & am still trying
to get one that works. They promised to send a replacement but I am still
waiting. I tried customer service, but they are no help & barely speak
English. I gave it one star because the system wouldn't accept none.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worst product ever, April 1, 2009
This review is from: iTouchless Sensor Soap Dispenser with Wall-Mount Docking Holder (Kitchen)
Like other people, this product is crap. BArely dispense soap. When it does , even on the highest amount it barely dispense soap. Also if you don t use it witin 30 minutes, then you have to wait 3 to 4 times before it dispense the soap again. This was done with liquid soap.. With thicker soap..it does not even work at all.

I called the support and they told me to put water to make it more liquid.. So clearly they do not work with soap and they should not advertise it that way. STAY AWAY FROM IT!

1.0 out of 5 stars A huge rip-off!, August 3, 2009

I was excited with the concept of the Itouchless automatic soap dispenser. Just one problem...THEY DON'T WORK! I have tried 3 of these units- none worked. The company is only willing to continue repairing/replacing units - with me paying to send it to them for repair and $9.95 for them to ship this piece of garbage back to me again. Like one of the other reviewers, I received a unit that had water inside, indicating it was used and returned by someone else. I've spent a few hours trying to get these things to work. The company claims they tested the replacement products before sending them and they were fine. B.S. One of the units I tried made a few dying sounds and otherwise was lifeless. The other 2 units did absolutely nothing except light up. This is the worst product I have ever purchased. DO NOT BUY ONE!

I would not bother. It worked for a couple of months but now it only works if you activate 3-4 times - and then you only get a tiny bit of soap. Try another brand.

1.0 out of 5 stars Terrible Customer Service!, November 10, 2009
This review is from: iTouchless Sensor Soap Dispenser with Wall-Mount Docking Holder (Kitchen)
I recently purchase another i-touchless soap dispenser since I thought my old one gave out. When I received the new one, my old i-touchless worked again, so I put the new one in the closet. Three months later my old i-touchless gave out so I opened the new one and now you need a key to unlock the base. The problem was there was no key in the box. I called customer service and ask for a new key, they refused saying the product was purchased more than 30 days ago and they would have to charge me $35 for a new key. This is terrible customer service and I will never purchase another i-touchless product again. Terrible customer service and apparently they do not care about their reputation either.

1.0 out of 5 stars very disappointed, October 9, 2009

This unit looks great and does not drip. However, it only works when it feels like it. I bought two units and they both only work 10% of the time. You can move your hand up, down, in, and out. Most of the time you get tired of trying and grab a bar of soap. I would rather have a unit that dripped but worked every time I wanted soap!!!!

1.0 out of 5 stars Real Piece Of Trash, October 9, 2009
This review is from: iTouchless Sensor Soap Dispenser with Wall-Mount Docking Holder (Kitchen)
Never worked when it arrived, they send a return label to return it for repair. When it came back it was covered with slimmy soap and not only did not work but looked like it had been used as a football. Never again, nothing from iTouchless.iTouchless Stainless Steel Automatic Sensor Soap Dispenser with Wall-Mount Docking Holder
