Mr. Parsley's book provides excellent insight on Leadership and the necessary qualities to be a more productive and capable Leader. His advice on hiring, firing, and finding your career is applicable to anyone in the workforce.

This book is exceptionally useful, and profoundly wise, with lessons, tools and strategies that are simple to implement in the workplace. Brian Parsley's real-world experience as an expert in hiring and talent management has enabled him to write a book that is remarkably truthful in its assessment of the simple but critical and often overlooked factors that are related to job performance, joy and teamwork. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I read the book from cover to cover and love every word. It showed me that it is not just about who I hire, rather how I treat them. He uses stories and experiences that I can relate to and I want to get this for all of my managers too.

I am somewhat of a skeptic about these kinds of books, but after reading it I feel like a better person and I also have invaluable insights on how to work with people I feel I can hire. I wish I could meet this author in person and thank him for his generosity of knowledge and profound insight on the subject matter. I can't wait to start putting these ideas into practice!

I have read hundreds of books and Brian Parsley is up there with Napoleon Hill. Brian's words literally took me to the next level in my sales position from being a solid performer to an exceeds performer.
