My original cord became so frayed and worn out at the base that it wouldn't charge anymore. This seems to be a pretty high quality replacement at less than half the cost of an original from apple. It works great!

I had seen an earlier review stating that this cable was 6' long, but it's actually only about 6" longer than the OEM cable. I've had no problems at all connecting this to a iPod Touch or Nano. As an added plus, the cable arrived in just 2 days.

All I wanted was a substitute for my ipod sync cord. This filled the bill perfectly and at a small fraction of the price Apple charged. It works well although the fit seems a little different when inserting in the ipod.
