Good strap for the money
The purpose of the purchase of the yoga strap was to do stretches for my legs and back. The strap is long enough for my 6 foot 3 inch body and strong enough. I saw some postings about it having a plastic end instead of metal, which is true. However with types of exercise I do it will not break the plastic. I'm glad I purchased it.

Misleading picture
Returned b/c, although the pictures show a metal strap, it came with a plastic strap, which is less durable.
