The JDVD760 from jWIN is a portable DVD player with 7-Inch TFT display with multi-angle functionality, built-in Dolby decoder, coaxial digital audio outputs, and built in speakers for playback of the following formats: DVD/CD/MP3/CD-R/CD-RW/DVD+R/DVD+RW/DVD-R/DVD-RW/Kodak Picture CD. Additional features include multiple on screen displays of menu/subtitle/audio languages, slow and fast motion playback. Connections are S-video output and composite video. Includes remote control, ac/dc power adapter, cigarette lighter adapter, detachable 2.5 hour rechargeable Li-Polymer battery, and AV cable for tv connection.

This is one of the best products I've treated myself to. Before I purchased this portable DVD player I had to be sure that it played DVDs and CDs that I've burned myself. I make a lot of DVDs with family pictures and music, and it plays all of them. It also plays CDs that I've burned myself. The size of the 7 inch widescreen is just fine. There are setup controls to change the aspect ratio as needed. You can have a widescreen or have a perfectly square screen with black bars on the sides. It comes with a plug which will charge up the player so you can use it without a plug and "go portable". I particularly enjoy this player for the times when I am watching my sleeping son, but want to relax on the couch and enjoy a DVD without making noise. I plug in my headphones and am quietly entertained. Included with the player are the following accessories: Plug (for just using it plugged in, and simultaenously charging it up for portable use), car adaptor, remote and audio/video cable for hooking it up to watch it on your regular television. I have a combo VCR/DVD player, but the DVD part is broken. There are jacks in the front of the VCR for the yellow, white and red plugs. So, I hooked up the included cable from the JWIN portable DVD player to the jacks on my VCR and I was able to view my DVD on the television again-it was great! The price tag on this item was $99 but it happened to be on sale at CH Martin for $79.99, so I grabbed it. I think for the features and accessories and wonderful picture and sound, it was a great value. I highly recommend it. It fits beautifully in the Targus Portable DVD bag for up to 10 inch DVD players. I can fit all the accessories plus my headphones in the bag.

My now 4 year old daughter has had "Pink", her pink colored Durabrand dvd player for 2 1/2 years since we bought it for her for a long trip involving hours of air travel. "Pink" finally died (probably from yogurt abuse) and the model and even the brand appeared to be unavailable. After a long search I decided that the jWIN JDVD760 was a close replacement. Well, It almost AN EXACT replacement!!! The button layout is different but otherwise it's the Durabrand player. It uses the exact same battery pack which is important since we had purchased two extra batteries as backups for the long trips. jWIN must have taken over Durabrand. In any case, the device is awesomely durable and perfect for little ones on planes, in cars, in hotel rooms or just at the breakfast table (but watch out for the yogurt)

I spent two days looking for a portable player. Then narrowed it down to three and then did some comparing. I finally decided on this unit. I am so glad I did. You would never believe that such a great unit sold for this price. Its very appealing in design, is just the right weight, not too heavy and not too light. The picture quality is superior, and the sound blew me away. Its a truly remarkable machine and beats out my other more expensive model that broke.
