Could not have been easier to start a conversation on line over the miles. It was simple to install -- just plugged it in; it did the rest (I did not need the CD that came with it). It even worked with my Windows Vista!

Both the camera and the mic work pretty good. One thing I don't like is the clip on the bottom totally doesn't work on my flat screen computer. But, I just leave it on the desk, and that works fine. Love how easy it is to rotate the viewfinder up/down and across.
