Excellent text for a resident rotating in pediatric radiology,
By
This review is from: Imaging of the Newborn, Infant, and Young Child (Hardcover)
Ok, the book weighs quite a bit to carry around daily; however, for a one volume pediatric radiology text, this is a must have. The text is easy to read and illustrations are clear. Dr. Swischuk interjects with his occassional humor which makes this book enjoyable to read.
The text is organized by organ system and for a resident, covers the essential topics. It can easily be read in 2 months. This is a book that I highly recommend, especially after reading Dr. Donnelly's Fundamentals of Pediatric Radiology. |
