First off, this cover just fits the Kindle Touch. Do not buy it for the Fire, it will not be big enough.

It fit my Kindle Touch perfectly and found it to be very stylish and cute. However the drawbacks to it is that it is obviously overpriced, which I knew when I bought it. However, I was disappointed in that there is not much to it. It is not made out of good materials, a piece of threading came loose in just a few days...and there is nothing to the inside jacket, no pocket or anything. I mean for $60+, there should be more substance to it.

After reading other cover reviews, I wasn't sure this would fit my Kindle Paperwhite. Many are advertised to fit it but then reviews claimed otherwise. This cover fits my Paperwhite perfectly and snugly. The case is coated canvas which I really like because it's easy to wipe off. Very nice quality which I've come to expect from Kate Spade.

I usually don't write reviews but couldn't believe all of the negative reviews. I love this Kindle cover. It's adorable and protects my Kindle very well. It fits my Kindle perfect, and I feel the quality is as expected. It is double the price of other Kindle covers, but it's Kate Spade, what do you expect? There are plenty of other options for half the price if you don't want to spend the extra money. Personally, I'm glad I did and have never regretted it!

I have a friend who purchased the Kate Spade red patent leather cover for her Kindle Keyboard and loved it so much I wanted something similar for my regular Kindle. I was a little disappointed in the lack of choices, but settled on the black and white dots pattern. When I received it I felt totally duped because I paid roughly $70 for a case that is made out of cheap materials (it feels like cardboard) and really doesn't offer any support, cushion or protection for my kindle. Even the Kate Spade tag on the front is made of plastic and looks really cheap. I was really hoping for the same kind of quality that my friend found with her case, but I guess not. It will defintiley make me think twice before purchasing anything Kate Spade, especially as this was my first experience with her products :(

I can definitely understand the mixed reviews for this cover. I was originally looking at the blue leather Kate Spade cover, which I'm still absolutely in love with, but was disappointed to find out that it's only for the Fire and the one for the Touch is only available in pink. Wasn't willing to pay $100 for something I wasn't completely happy with and I found this along the way. I have a soft spot for polka dots and was using a gift card so I decided to get this for now until I find something else. It's overpriced for what you get and not really up to par with what I've come to expect from Kate Spade products as far as quality of materials. That said, it's cute and stylish and does the job it's supposed to do (holds your kindle securely and protects the screen). It's really a matter of whether you're more interested in form or function. It's not a heavy duty cover by any means and there's nothing that keeps it closed but it's sturdy and solid when closed and the inside straps keep the kindle in tight. The photo is pretty much exactly what it looks like in person. I wish the KS logo didn't stick out so much and was somehow written on the cover itself rather than as a separate piece attached to it, but that's a minor issue. I gave it four stars because I carry my Kindle with me everywhere, usually in my work bag which contains a variety of random and possibly scratch-inducing things on a daily basis and both the kindle and cover itself are still in perfect condition.
