I found this book to be very enlighting...it gave me an understanding on my purpose in this world. It has given me heart. Master Ching Hai is a dedicated and wonderful "human" being.

Master Ching Hai's teaching is to show us how to remember our true inner self, and that all beings are "ALL in One" and that we are our own master. She speaks in very common plain language, but the meaning implied are deep. She is a true enlightened teacher.
