This book is a must have for kitten lovers of all ages. The quality of the photos and the "AWWW" factor are both high. My seven-year-old niece and I read through it together with much delight.

Kittenwar, by Fraser Lewry (a.k.a Kittenmaster) and Tom Ryan, is a fun-for-all kind of book --the kind you place on your coffee table, so all your friends can say "Awwwww, this is a great book --- wherever did you get it?" And then the person sitting next to them gets caught up in it, and so forth and so on.

First, Kittenwar is hardcover, compact and eye-pleasing. Second, you must read The Kittenwar Story by Fraser Lewry just to chuckle over his narrative, original writing style, and pop culture wit.

Third, you won't be able to put it down, from the actual kittenwar pages, to the battle results, to the fun categories of kittens in the last section of the book. There's so much between these covers!

Fourth, buy it for yourself, your child, your neighbor, your cousin. Doesn't matter --- anyone and everyone will get a kick out of this book. Five stars, Mr. Lewry and Mr. Ryan. Bravo!

I'm an avid fan and frequent poster on The Daily Kitten, so when Fraser told us about this book, I had to have it. Just got it two days ago. What a great book! And what a clever way to read it-love the instruction page!!! Never had anyone tell me how to read a book before. I have enjoyed it so much, I'll tell everyone I know about it , share it with friends, and read it over and over. Absolutely precious pics.
