I like this lunch bag; it's a perfect size for an average lung bag. I get compliments at school (work) on how it looks like a purse and how big the inside is. It has two side pouches and one back zipper pouch too. The insulation can hold the temperature of the refridge for at least 4 hours (from leaving to work and eating lunch). Now, it's the normal insulation of a lunch bag then the ones with the foil looking type. I'm happy anyway and use it everyday.
