I am the founder of and a Managing Consultant at Maxmetrics, a Management and Information Technology Consulting company. The company specializes in providing experts and expertise in international projects and programs. I have more than 20 years' experience in executive management and consulting for multi-national and government organizations. I have been engaged in projects in more than 26 countries.
I love working in complex projects that include many different nationalities and some sort of challenge. I also like to share my experience and knowledge so I have authored or co-authored several methodologies and books in the area of implementing and delivering software engagements and modernizing organizations to use information more effectively.
My latest book is "Going Agile Project Management Practices." It takes the view agile methodologies are mature, and agile practices need to be included in every project. It is early days yet, but the feedback so far is very promising. For Example:
