Corine Gantz was born in France and lived in Paris until she was 23. She is the author of the best selling novel Hidden in Paris and the accompanying cookbook, now being translated in half a dozen languages. She is also the author of the popular blog Hidden in France where she muses about décor, travel, food and all things French.
She is passionate about food (cooking it and eating it) and has lately tried to adapt her love of French food to her new mission: vegan cooking. On occasion she leads seminars and writing workshops. She is currently working on a new novel: a family saga and tale of love and loss that takes place in France over a century.
Since being swept off her feet by an American, she lives in Southern California with her husband and their two sons.
