We have many bilingual children's books and this one is, by far, the best. I have purchased several copies because we give it as a gift for our friends.

I bought this book to tell the story in my spanish children's lit class. I really like the illustrations in this book, as well as the length. Oftentimes, children's books have no substance, but this one has a reasonable length. The translation is great too.

I'm a 4th grade teacher and use this book every year to teach writing in the my classroom, especially during our response to literature unit. I like it also because it is translated and the images are really engaging.

Cute story with beautiful illustrations and you sure don't find a lot of stories with Aztec characters. That could help spark another discussion.
