I have a laptop and PC, PC doesn't have a disc drive, can I download online with PC and use license from this product?

When you buy this product you get three licenses. So yes, you can download online and use your license key. The directions to do this are on the box.

Yes. You should be able to go to the Window's web site and then they will ask you if you want to install their software by disc or by entering the code. The box has both. Just enter the code and it will verify it and authenticate it. You will be up and running Office in no time. No need for the disc.

I checked with Microsoft, Office & Student 3010 can be purchased by download or by disk version. I don't know about license.
