Ok, lets start with pros and cons.pros (1) Godzilla is very big.(2)he is great for fighting army guys. Now look,just because there are only 2 pros dosn't mean that it's bad.cons (1)while he is big,he is not as big as he is in the movie compared to army guys.Besides that,he is great. I would suggest you buy this first to start a Godzilla collection. After you buy him,I would buy MechaGodzilla.They are great for fighting each other. Now,I have read other reviews that say that his tail falls off. Well,it can but not a lot. It only does if you pull on it hard.This Godzilla is 12 inches tall. If you think you do want to start a Godzilla collection,after buying him and MechaGodzilla,I would buy Gigan. This toy has made me love Godzilla and I hope it makes you love Godzilla to.

This is a fantastic figure! Nearly 12" tall and wide, it would completely dominate a shelf. An excellent sculpt of my favorite variation of Godzilla. Definitely the meanest looking one.

I wouldn't recommend this as a toy for younger kids. It's not really designed to play with in a meaningful way. It is really just designed to set up and look cool. I put mine on a shelf that is just below eye level, so G is staring at you when you come around the corner. The companion 12" Mechagodzilla also rocks.

For a godzilla fan it's a must have! It's th ebiggest figure in my collection and I love it. Painting is done well, spikes on his back are done well. Best part I think is the tail...it's NOT just striaght or has a slight bend to it upward like most of the smaller figs like trendmasters or others. It touches the ground...then angles back, then a lil back forward then upward. Gives the figure a dynamic feel to it...cause in the movies he tail is always moving about and doing stuff.


The only bad thing I can come up with of this figure...which is weird is also the best part!? The tail....while the torso head and arms are a very hard plastic..the tail is a much cheaper less durable plastic...very pliable...the tail comes off very easy.

But like most godzilla fans you'll buy it to sit on a desk or shelf to show off your nerdness I say go for it!

This was the biggest Godzilla action figure I could find that's still on the market. (My Godzilla action figure is not, but since that was made in 1985, I should expect that it wouldn't be). I wanted to replace my guy's old one, that he lost and still missed, so this Christmas, I bought him this one and Space Godzilla, which is considerably smaller. He was absolutely thrilled to get this, I think his face would have broken if he smiled any bigger. He loves this guy, and has him sitting on top of his tv, a place where he can always see Godzilla. I'm so happy I was able to find this for him. Godzilla arrived about a week after I ordered him, which worked out just fine since I ordered him at the beginning of December, so it arrived easily in time for Christmas. This action figure is pretty durable, or at least seems to be and could easily stand up to play. The tail seems okay too, although other reviews claimed that it broke, and since this design is "final wars", the toy looks exactly like it should, since the Godzilla suit design has changed multiple times over the decades Gojira has existed. Meaning, Final Wars WILL NOT be the same as Millenium. All in all, this is a wonderful toy for Godzilla fans young and young at heart.

I love Godzilla! I only wish i could find one that has sound affects and, smoke coming out of his mouth. And maybe even a girl Godzilla with pink on her back, now that would be a fight. Me and my son love the toys, he wants them all. Godzilla never gets old, he is the best monster ever!

Maybe it varies from one Godzilla to another, but the tail on mine is in good shape, made of the same stuff as the rest of the toy, and will not fall off unless it is yanked. The way these toys are designed, even if the tail is removed it can be easily snapped back into place.

Godzilla is quite large, at about 10 or 11 inches in height. His arms, head, legs, and tail all pose. The tail has three different sections for it to turn.

I'm not a fan of the head sculpt (Godzilla's ears bug me), but there's no denying that this is a quality piece of merchandise. Make sure you shop around - I've seen this toy go for a mere 14 dollars at some locations.

My grandson loves Godzilla and I was apprehensive about getting it by Christmas since we didn't order til the 10th. But it arrived on Christmas Eve and a little boy smiled greatly on Christmas morning! The toy is durable since he hasn't left him alone since.

For the price, this is excellent. I have a 4 year old boy playing with this Godzilla and he loves it. And it's easy to put back together when he pulls off the limbs. Very durable and a nice size.

We just ordered this for my sons 6th birthday...he is a huge fan.
Jack should be a toy tester.
If the tail is still on after a few hours with him, it gets my vote.

This Godzilla is well put together, well sculpted, and well painted. A perfect representation of my favourite Godzill.

As a note - the tail on my Godzilla is excellent. It is not of a cheaper material, nor is it loose in any way.
