Linda Wang demonstrates an amazing gift in her debut CD release for 2000.Whether you are a classical music officianado or just getting into the category, you'll love the experience Linda Wang's formidible talent offers. The selection chosen ranges from variations of the coy "Carmen Fantasy" from Biset's Opera to the deeply stirring "Meditation from Thais" by Jules Massenet. Equally powerful are Chaccone in A Minor from Partita No. 2 by Bach and variations on Sonata No. 1 for violin and piano in A minor by Robert Schumann. Linda's grace and style that makes this one of the must have classical selections of this year. Buy it for yourself or buy it for someone special this holiday season!

I had the privilege of hearing Linda Wang perform the Chaconne. She played it as an encore piece after a very exhausting performance, but it was still flawless and powerful.
