This review is from: little black sambo (Hardcover)

I bought this as a gift for my father in law. He grew up with this story and I had never heard of it. It seems people born in the 50s are likely more familiar with this story. I'm sure the moral has something to do with the dangers of envy or showing off. (I could be way off, too.) He was very pleased with his gift, anyway.
