Este pequeño gran libro está excelentemente bien escrito, en una forma clara y sencilla. Con una corta historia de cuatro personajes el autor nos presenta la problemática actual de las empresas familiares y no familiares: hay que planificar y adaptarse al cambio sin miedo.
